Here we will address how negativity can have an effect on our Physical Body, Emotional Body and our Mental Body.

Our Spiritual Body remains unaffected by the trials and tribulations of everyday living, as it operates at a higher frequency.

Negative thoughts come directly from the ego-mind, from our low-level, often self-debasing thoughts that inevitably will trigger our lower emotions, which in turn will impact our behaviours.

While our physical body is observably tangible, the emotional and mental bodies that we don't see are like sheaths around and permeating our material body, but although unseen, just like Wi-Fi signals, they exist all the same.

The closest one to the Physical Body is the Emotional Body.

It is where we carry and store all of our emotions.

The low-level emotions are carried in this Emotional Body and they permeate through and into the Physical Body, where they can cause dis-ease, which can initiate disease.

They don't just sit outside in the ether, they permeate through every cell, every atom, every organ of the body and this is one of the root causes of illnesses and sickness.

On the outside of the Emotional Body is the thinking body, the Mental Body and all of the negative thoughts that we carry around with us, like a rucksack filled with heavy rocks!

Limiting beliefs and self-abusive thoughts, are carried in this body.

It permeates and triggers the resident low scale emotions in the Emotional Body and it carries on to permeate through and into the Physical Body.

Any negativity or low frequency thinking and energy that we create through the mind, has an impact on our emotions, feelings and has a profound consequence upon our physical body.

It well behooves us to clear out the debris in these two other bodies.

With our thinking, or more precisely the quality of our thoughts, we can bring about change very easily.

We can change our thoughts in a nanosecond.

We can become aware of a negative thought and change it into the next best positive one and the next and so on, until we feel uplifted.

The alternative not recommended route, is we can have a negative thought followed by an even more negative one, and more of the same until we walk ourselves into depression.

We have a choice.

This is within our control, we can consciously change our thoughts and here is a lovely expression:

"Watch your thoughts, choose the good ones".

Eckhart Tolle refers to the content in the mental and emotional bodies as our 'Pain Body'.

The 'Pain Body' thrives on pain, so it is happy to regurgitate the mentally constructed stories and lower level emotions and to project this content onto others, rather than taking full responsibility, and owning it .

We owe it to ourselves and those around us to do something about the content within the 'Pain Body'.

The Antidote.

A good starting point is having some mastery over our mind to find some self-love, compassion for ourselves, more understanding and authentic thinking, and then watch the transformation that occurs in our Emotional Body.

It becomes uplifted, the frequency of our emotions become elevated, to more pleasurable, joyful, happy and our physical health and well-being improves along with it.

This is the route, the right path and it is a journey well worth taking.

Onwards and Upwards!
